To make an appointment please use our E-Self Service fully automated online booking systems available 24 hours, 7 days a week.   Treatment times are usually filled one week in advance, so you are best to book ahead.

Appointment systems are fully automated, there is no need to call.  You will receive an email confirmation if you supply your email address during the booking process.  

If you have a referral letter form your doctor please bring it with you, a referral from your doctor is not necessary to make an appointment.

When booking an appointment, a treatment room is reserved just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the treatment being billed in full.

To ensure your safety and wellbeing

Contraindications massage therapy is generally suitable for everyone, however there are some medical conditions that may require adaptations to your treatment or the approval of your doctor prior to receiving your therapy. In rare instances where your therapist determines that a medical condition or a contraindication to massage makes your treatment unable to be provided, you will not be billed for your appointment.
